The last set of offline quests is 10*. 10* quests also introduce some things that will be very important to know in the very late online quests.

Also, you'll need to finish EVERY Low rank quest solo before you can finish the Caravaneer's challenge- which by the way many G-rankers seem to have given up on (They say it isn't really worth it) :D
