    You can permanently increase your health via the health skill, but its impossible to permanently increase health.

    There's no way to permanently increase it, but eating a steak will increase your maximum stamina, and items like Nutrients and Max Potions can increase your maximum health until you faint or end the quest. Getting more defense is the best way of being able to take more damage. Once you unlock the ability to eat a meal before a quest, the meals will give boosts to your maximum HP and Stamina.

    Wearing certain types of armor will give you boosts of health. I think there are skills out there that slow stamina depletion too.

    theres special armor that will increase ur stamina or health bar and there might be talisman that could increase ur health and stamina. You could also increase ur health and stanima by eating dinner.

    Armor skills will permanently increase either... As long as the armor is equipped... Foodie skill will keep all food boosts permanent for the duration of a quest...
