Since I'm not sure where to do it, I'd like to report hunter urrutiap for hacking. He had a White Fatalis weapon at HR 5, a weapon that should be available at higher rank.

    Play single player or play with higher ranked friends to fight monsters. There are a lot of ways to get powerful weapons/armor (and people who come in at HR 2 with the full S. Magala armor aren't cheating to get it, man). Bonus: You can only post pictures using a New 3DS.

    white fatalis are event quests that are not available unless if you cheat or somehow download japan DLC, i was able to farm it with someone who had done the japan DLC so i was able to get its Armor and Insect Glaive

    Azana, in this case it would most certainly be fair to assume that person was hacking because he had a weapon from a monster you can: 1. Only fight in a G-Rank Quest, so he'd normally be denied entry into the quest due to his low HR. 2. Only encounter in an Event Quest that we do not have yet, so he shouldn't have had any White Fatalis equipment at all.
