Hmm... We had 3 Nintendo Directs in April of 2014. One on the 8th as a general direct, the 10th as as Tomodachi Direct, and one on the 30th as a Mario Kart Direct. We very well could get a direct on April 1st or shortly there after. April Fools day is more so a Western event, and not so much done in Japan... a direct is possible
