There truly is no way to make "the best amiibo out there" actually. They can only be good at one certain thing like only 1v1s, free for alls, or special matches. Not all three at once. If I'm understanding this correctly, then I recommend doing 1v1s, and making him as good, if not better then your Mario game which is already amazing.
