    First submission, hoping to beat it! A few tips that help me: -Dodging punches: What matters most is that you tip both Wiimotes in the correct direction. (Yes you can use 2 Wiimotes, much easier than using Nunchuk IMO.) -Punch timing: I think the timing was designed for upward-curving punches (like your instructor's). If you want to make straight-ahead punches instead, try punching slightly late.
