Is there any kind of system to how much your score changes when you win or lose? it seems random

    Assuming you mean draft rating, each game is a 15-point pot. At near even (999 vs. 1000), the lower rating is betting 7 points against 8. The curve is sharp--one point shifts about every 50 spread. So 999 vs. 1050 is now betting 6 against 9. At 999 vs. 1300, it's now just 1 for 14. With a bigger gap the game is a complete freeroll--the high-rated player is laying 15 to 0. So I've observed.

    I've played a lot of draft, and watched the scores with the same question you had. After writing that post, realized the odds shift is probably every 60 points. It's a bit more than 50, and 60 is 4x the pot size. Now I'll be watching to see if that's more accurate.

    Just had a win with a 429-point gap, and still got 1 point. It seems too much, but maybe the odds shift every 75 points?

    For a while i thought maybe you were awarded based on how you won the match, one time i got 30 coins and 2 cards from a single draft, but now all i get is 15 coins and 1 card. someone wlse posted they got like 11 cards to?

    The rewards seem to have errors sometimes. One person said they got a card after a 2-player game that I won. The 11 card thing was Slugfest, but he figured that was just a double sorcery. Just won a draft with a 290-point gap and got 2 points, so that would make the odds shift at less than 60. Apparently it's not even and the curve slows down as the rating gap grows. But I did once win for 0.

    It's just two developers: DarkJames and not Slugfest. Now a 105-gap win for 5 points, so that seems right on for odds shifts at 50-point intervals. I'm guessing it slows down after 200 or 250 points.

    Just had a win with a 340-point gap for 1 point, followed by a win with a 331-point gap for 2 points. So the shift is at around 335, and the final zone before freerolls is very wide.

    I play at all hours and don't have a regular time, but the least likely time is later afternoon and evenings. Sometimes I play in the early a.m. and leave the game waiting for a while until somebody shows up, so that's the best chance for anyone hunting me. The hot drafts are at a bad time for me right now, plus I much prefer 2-player, especially when I'm on a win streak (peak rating was 1378).
