    Just click their Mii, then in the upper right hit the icon and select block. Don't listen to people telling you not to, because you will get falsely reported. If you didn't do anything wrong, they will reinstate your post. I block annoying kids all the time. If they keep falsely reporting, they will get banned themselves. I have already gotten several banned for false reporting.
