    You know that cowardly palicio's quests u gotta do? When u get those quests beat all of them.

    Yeah like Kevin said you have to do all the Cowardly palicos quests. Once you do that you get the Cowardly Palico (Whitescruff) as a secondary palico you can use, and the sword. Make sure to upgrade your HR, so you can unlock all of his quests.

    @El®i© The wycoon gives you periodic villager request from Sunungsung (However you spell it) Island. It adds boards that lead to the sword, and increases the amount of palicos you can recruit.
