    Let me clarify it a bit better. Bowser, King Dedede, and Mewtwo were planned for the original SSB but were cut due to time constraints. Bowser and Mewtwo both joined melee while King dedede was cut yet again. King dedede and Wolf joined in SSBB and bowser came back while mewtwo was cut due to time constraints. Every villain except for wolf came back for SSB4
