    It an armor that can be gotten through an event quest that is downloaded at Japan Universal Studios. The skills it has are actually pretty awesome: Challenger +2, Rodeo God, and I THIINK Honed Blade, with a decent charm, you can have up to 14 slots to gem in whatever you want.

    That third skill is "Edge Lore" which is a combination of Razor Sharp and Fencing. It also has 4 points in sharpness +1, but you'll need to gem it in the rest of the way.
