    i'm using the new 3DS hehehe, i try the home buttone then Y + down key, seem like that's is only take the home screenshot not in game.

    Ok, here we go: press home button to pause game, enter miiverse and post something, then touch the image icon, ( it's in the upper right corner ) I have a NN3DS too XD
