The new 3ds is a typical example of the huge mistake nintendo is making. If they put all of the wii u's strong points on the 3ds, which already has the advantage of being portable, why get a wii u? Consequently, wii u sales will drop.

    i never thought of that and they also have nintendo 2ds witch im sure no-one is buying..i dont even think you can put it in your pocket ...but what i want to see is a phone from nintendo it will be good apps and everything

    No, the new 3ds is their mistake. They put most of their home console features in their handheld. So there's absolutely no reason for someone to bother getting a Wii U anymore, other than its games. If it always goes like Smash Brothers in which case they made both a 3DS and a Wii U version, then there won't even be that reason.

    Smash Bros. was the only game so far to ha e a version on both consoles. Even then, it can be played on the old 3DS.
