    Have a pokemon with the trace ability(ex:gardevoir)and go into the friend safari

    i believe the poster said non-safari. from what i heard you use trace, and the only way to get those hidden abilities outside of the safari are in hordes. so i guess using a trace ability will let you know which ability a pokemon you encounter has. most pokemon have 1 of abilities, those in the safari and hordes have a 3rd. i think you can use game sync as well.

    If they aren't in any friend safari, see if they are in a horde. There's a small chance that they will have their HA in a horde. If its not in any safari or in any horde, you'll need to trade for it. What HA pokemon are you looking for?

    Yeah, foongus hordes appear on rt 15, rt 16, rt 20, or the pokemon village. So bring a pokemon with sweet scent and something with a move like skill swap, role play, worry seed, simple beam, or entrainment, and try finding a regenerator foongusd in hordes.
