    To expand on tony's answer: it's an event quest DLC that requires you to fight Zinogre, Kirin, and Rajang in succession. You'll need to do that quest around 3 to 5 times, depending on how lucky you are with triforce drops (5 total for the whole set).

    Expanding even more, the quest itself is DLC. And advertisements for the DLC said it was all free for last Month, so either A it's gone or B it's now paid DLC. I wouldn't know which of the two considering I got the quest the day it was released.
