in mh5u (if they make one) they should re-add water combat, replace palicoes with a miniature dragon that you can fly (hint hint, aerial combat), and add jumping. i never understood why they removed water combat and why you cant jump. "yeah" if you agree.

    i wish there was monster vs monster combat. it would be epic to be getting crushed in a quest then out of no where a different monster appears and wrecks the other monster

    Underwater combat was a pain, though I do miss the Leviathans. If they streamlined how it controlled, then it could *possibly* come back. Jumping was never a thing because all the buttons are used up. And aerial combat won't happen either sine that's an entirely different system they'd have to program. Cool idea, but it'd have to be a different game. You do get a dragon in the MH MMO, though,

    i honestly liked water combat. i guess they could use the new 3ds' zl and zr buttons to help out. in the side of jumping, the could make it a kind of type of evading. if you tap R and b at the same time, you jump. as to the aerial combat, riding dragons would be legit, and they could have you accelerate with zr, slow with zl, shoot fire with a, attack with main weapon with x, combo with x+a.

    c-stick to change view, and circle pad to steer. and the d-pad could be used for anything else. these ideas do limit mh5u to the new 3ds though, but im honestly sure they would make it only playable on new one anyway.

    you could even chain the dragons fire balls for buffed up attacks (roar, fire stream, wyvern fire, etc.) the possibilities are endless. cmon capcom, take my ideas.

    Like I said, it is a cool idea, and I'd like to see it in something. Realisticly, it probably couldn't fit on a cartridge with an actual MH game, but as maybe a spinoff like what they did with Metal Gear would be cool.
