    I don't know what specific monsters give them to you, but I've gotten them from G rank Najarala and Rathian there's a “easier” way of getting then through sub questing if you could check on youtube for “gaijin hunter subquesting for lrg wyvern gems” or something like that, but definately gaijin hunter I hope this helps
