The doctor just told me that he still needs to rest, then he gave me some lotion to put on his leg. The doctor also said that if it continues to hurt, then he's gonna get crunches.

I help him up. But mostly, I get the stuff that he needs for him. He thinks that if he rests alot and eats healthy stuff, and put ice on his leg, then he'll get better. He really doesn't want crunches. I don't know why.
