    Well it doesn't matter they aren't doing any more third parties or anything not from nintendo. Microsoft even tried to throw Banjo and Kazooie their way, however it seems odd for them to give nintendo a character from a company "that shall not be named" that was bought out from Nintendo during Melee. King K. Rool has a better chance than Banjo.
