Impressions

Trying to finish off caravan stuff. Struggling with Caravaneer's Challenge to kill 3 large monsters in Sanctuary. Starts with just Zinogre for 30 seconds and then Rajang jumps in. Both of their reg quests only took me 1-2 attempts to beat. These 2 together kick the shiz outa me, unlike the Arena you can't seperate them. And there's a 3rd monster showing up at some point if I can live long enough.

    If you don't have it, I reccomend getting some g-rank gear. Defense at least 600. Not needed, but recommended. Kill Zinogre first, trust me, it's easier. Aim for rajang's back legs, you won't get hit as often. Go bananas on shagaru. Happy Hunting!

    My armor has 13 thunder res, 546 Defence. Tried armor with 430 Def and 25 thunder res and my set with evasion +2 and evade dist. with no avail. I've tried traps, flashbombs, dungbombs, etc. I just don't understand what I am doing wrong, longest I've lasted is 5 minutes. Obviously I am not doing something or anything right lol

    This might sound silly, you can be a total coward and let both monsters beat each other first. That's what I did. I went and targeted the Rajang first and soon enough, the rajang died from the combined damage from me and the zinorge. The zinorge then died like 2 minutes later from all the rajang's laser beam. Bring farcasters, 10 exciteshrooms and bombcasing and combo book 1 and 2. Don't be....

    Afraid to make a hasty retreat with farcaster and don't forget to use the bed. With that you can run away 11 times if you need too. This is what I did for mark of a hero in MH3U and it worked fine.

    Thanks for advice. I'll try that tonight, got so tired of getting demolished I started working through my G1 keys hoping to find a craftable 600+ Def. 20+ Thunder Res set for any G rank thunder mons I g2 deal with and for that Caravan BS quest.
