    You take a screen shot by having a new 3ds (I believe) and coming onto miiverse while having the desired moment on the game screen. Then when you go to post, the screen shot button should appear on the top right of it. As for the second question. The niblesnarf is unfortunately not in this game, however you can trade monster parts with something you get later in the game's story to get his parts.
