    There are 3 parts. The gold wheels, the gold cart, and the gold glider. To get the wheels, you need to beat the staff ghosts for each track. I'm not sure what to do to for the other parts yet.

    For the other parts you need to do this. Gold kart: get atleast 1star ranking in every cc in every cup in the cc's. for the gold glider, you need to get 10,000 coins to unlock it. Hope I helped :-)
