    As of right now, you can't since it's an event quest for G-Rank, and there are currently none available yet. There are those who do have it I believe... Though I don't know any XD

    It's usually not hacks. They downloaded the program skfu pr0xy, and it let them download event quest earlier. The quest is a zinogre and seregios in tne arena at the same time. It's not a hack, cause it's not altering save data in anyway. Note, I know how to do it, but have not, because skfu pr0xy no longer works.
