    Its a Expedition / Guild Quest exclusive monster like Velocidrome and Garuga. You can encounter it on G Rank expeditions (you can check your lower screen for details of each expediotion like Monsters, Poogies, Palicoes and more).

    ^ what he said.... Which is really disappointing though, considering Guild quests can't be initiated outside of Gathering halls. I'd like the option to hunt on guild quests without Gathering hall buffs on monsters XD

    It can be fought on the Expedition as long as its rare. Dunno how to get a Guild quest for one though.
