Ok so in Boston I was going for the assassination contracts and I found one of them walking so I decided to hop into this cart and pop out and kill him when it got close but.... I couldnt figure out where he went, and the red dot was on the cart, so I though it was the driver. Somehow he clipped/glitched into the cart, you can see his feet pokeing out the bottom, and now he's just moving with it.
