I hate the feeling when I'm in a very dire situation(ex. low health and no palico to distract the monster) then I use a potion(at some distance from the monster) and it charges at me and the damage is greater than what I healed, and if I'm unlucky I won't heal and get carted instead. I'm looking at you Raths, maybe almost every flying wyvern.
