Gold mushroom made me think a little. 3 chapters in and I finally hit a puzzle that makes my head spin literally! =p Will probably do the time challenges.

I haven't found any gold mushrooms. Where is one in world 1 through 4?

Gold mushrooms are stage specific challenges. You'll see them appear at the bottom like in my pic above when you complete rhe stage.

how do you get that gold mushroom?

On the backside you have to walk around the center portion as it's turning then fall down to where it is. Getting to the goal from there is also tricky but it didn't take me long to figure it out since I don't remember how I did it! Would have to play again to give more details...
