    1 out of 100 is pretty unlikely if you ask me. I also have a suspicion blind chance isn't actually what determines whether you catch the Pokémon; that there are other factors.

    thre are no other factors... it's just math that the game does. and because it is math you can catch a pokemo at 1%

    Do you have any evidence to the contrary? Because it seems to me that when I get S Rank I very often catch the Pokémon, even when I have only a small percentage. It could be I'm just lucky.
