so i'm making my first comic and almost none of the tools are available. why is this?

    Your in StoryBoard mode. The other tools are in Clean Copy Mode. To go there press start while in Storyboard on your comic and tap the pink icon that says [Clean Copy]. Then pick a frame. Now when you acces your tools. They should all be there.
