    just the first one from beating both games OOA and OOS. so do I need the Original versions on GBC or can I do it on the 3DS some how

    You should be able to do it just on 3DS, although I imagine the Secrets from the GBC version should work, too... it's the same code generating them... Just remember to write your Secrets down somewhere, like in the 3DS notes application or something...
