    @Jay-Jay To my knowledge, it is still exclusive to Universal Studios Japan, meaning that as a whole, Japan has yet to get that DLC quest publicly. So it may or may not be an area specific DLC that you could ONLY get if you go to USJ. .....Or Proxy'd it before they removed that option. @Konia You're talking about Star Rook armor if I am not mistaken. I call it, "The Fancy Top Hat Armir".
