    First, did you download the DLC Pack from the eShop?, Second, once you put the game in the system and you press the MK8 icon, it should ask you that there is an update for the game. Thats how it work for the first pack.

    well i had the first before and i got the second as a bundle with it so it did not show up for me but it says my game is updated as the version is 4.0

    did you finish all 50cc, 100cc, and 150cc? After that, you should then have unlocked both Mirror Mode and 200cc.
