    @★FRANKIE★ - I'll answer your question with another question. How many ancient artworks do you know of that conform to 21st century American ideas of modesty? lol Unfortunately I did censor it a little just to make sure I don't get banned but even had I not censored it, it should have been fine considering this is art that can be seen in the Museum of Fine Arts Boston.

    there is ancient greek art in fancy museums depicting some very unsavoury acts involving animals and worse though i highly doubt that makes it ok to put it on miiverse

    If the state of Massachusetts is ok with people of all ages looking at it's art than Nintendo should be fine with it too. Besides you are going off topic I said nothing about displaying the acts you mentioned.

    well no but you said that if it appears in a museum for all to see then miiverse should be cool with it, in principal i agree though there are obviously exceptions
