i dont believe in the roy and ryu rumor because ryu's victory theme is to long. victory themes are suppost to be seconds not minutes. ryu doesn't even fit. roy would be cool though

    i will never believe it. its not even remixed like other victory themes. im also pretty sure they dont have place holders. everything on redit is fake

    Yeah, but prerelease versions of the game had placeholder victory themes, for example, Pac-Man's beta victory theme was directly ripped from Ghostly Adventures, as opposed to the version we have now.
