Looks like they made an HD version of the original mansion in Luigi's Mansion! Not sure what those extra parts at the sides of the building are though, since the rooms on each floor all stay in line on the maps in the game. HD Luigi's Mansion with more rooms perhaps? I'm probably dreaming too big for that.
