I had a talk with dad.. He said that his house, his rules dictates what I can and can't buy because it's his house that I'm bringing stuff into... he really is stretching the rule as far as it will possibly go..

My brother did that twice before coming back home both times.. they won't me me seriously regardless because of my brother.. he's part of the reason behind my restrictions.. he made a lot of bad choices so I have to suffer because he made those decisions.. My parents are actually using the argument that it's their electricity that charges my stuff to justify taking it away..

I have tried leaving before.. they asked me where I would go.. then when I didn't hve an answer they wouldn't let me leave.. if it had been my brother they wouldn't have cared.. they would have let hjm leave.. the reason they won't let me leave before I can get my own house is solely because I'm a girl.. that's the reason I was given.

Well.. what other reason can they use? I legally own the electronics now because I'm 19.. and thwy can't just say they payed for it because I payed for two of them.. they're grasping at straws to take my stuff from me.. and they fall back on the my house, my rules argument when I debunk their other arguments.. it's an argument I can't win..

I have.. they don't pay attention to that.. it's also why they panic about me reaading some fiction.. my brother just had to prove my dad right about that.. he dabbled in the occult because he was entranced by the powers he saw on screen.. if I thought they panicked before about fiction that's nothing compared to after my brother did that.. he tends to set the stage for my restrictions..

I used the argument that I'm old enough to make my own decisions.. dad countered it with the argument that he's old enough to decide what to do with his electricity.. He tends to forget to charge my stuff at night even after promising he'll charge it.. if I don't do as he says, he's threatens to run my stuff over.. he's stretching the rules as far as he possibly can.

My parents recently apologized for not restricting me sooner.. I don't think they were expecting me to fight back so hard.. they have slowly and gradually been wearing me down.. If I try to fight back they punish me.. it doesn't stop me from fighting back.. if anything, I just fight even harder which receives even more punishments.. they just love docking how many hours a day I can have online..
