Apparently mom took Smash out of my system before she gave it to me.. well.. she was pretty mad earlier. Hopefully she didn't break it or throw it away. I payed for that myself

.. earlier mom had already been upset with my brother. She wanted me to take a shower.. so I put my kindle on the counter.. I came upstairs and got distracted by a book.. the next thing I know, I'm getting yelled at for having my kindle even though I didn't have it.. it was downstairs in the kitchen.. she kept accusing me of having had it even after my shaower..

I admit being distracted by a book on my part, but there was no call for getting yelled at especially over something that I didn't have.. mom has been begging me to go back to reading books for weeks.. now that I've started reading books again I'm getting in trouble

Yes I do. That hasn't stopped mom from threatening tovrun over my stuff or break it when she's mad at me. Their house their rules is something that my parents can always fall back on..

I would love to.. I'm dreaming about moving out.. I can't move out yet because I don't have a proper job and can't pay for my own house.. they won't let me aimply leave because I have no place to go.. if my brother was in that exact same position they would most certainly let him leave..

Yeah.. Dad says it's because I'm a girl and I will quite possibly get abused by a boy if I hit the road before I'm ready.. While he has a point, the fact remains that I know better than to move in with strangers..

My parents are not my friends.. I don't expect them to be. It's not their job to be my friends. It's their job to parent me. But even so, I have a different opinion on what their house, their rules actually mean.. it doesn't bmean that they can dictate what I can and can't buy. It simply means they can make rules and enforce them as long as the rules are fair. but there's not much I can do about-

I had a horseback riding lesson earlier today. That was great :)

It's fun.. I love getting on a horse's back and riding. The horse has a mind of it's own though. Earlier, the horse I rode tried to go towards the gate and I had to really work to keep her from going that direction..

Horses are fun to ride.
