The Majora's Mask one is becoming infamous for being almost completely deconfirmed. While I never believed the theory, I preferred it to be left up to interpretation

Ximipe doesn't believe in Game Theory anymore. It's not like they're all confirmed true, it's just a theory... a GAME THEORY! But seriously though, there are tons of good ones out there: Pokémon Multiverse, Toads are deadly, The Strongest Link, etc., but there are at least a few flaws in each theory, though.

But hey! That's just a theory...
