    they are actually good moves to keep especially if you're trying to catch a legendary easily cause youll have a weak move but if all you have is powerful moves and you're trying to get it as low as possible to make it easier to catch it wont work cause you'll kill it. but this is if you consider the master ball to be a cheap way of catching legendaries and use only ordinary pokeballs
