Agnes isn't quite evil, but does have a perfectionist personality. General Xy, A.K.A. Xavier Xy, led the Team Xy and used advanced technology to achieve his goals. It was him that created Mizer.

They despise each other with a passion! But at one point, Caroline was actually Vanessa's apprentice in a different identity.
