I like how Sakurai put a lot of details from their games into Megaman and Pacman's movesets, but with Sonic, he was just like "Uh, he spins."

    I don't think Sakurai actually likes Sonic at all. He's just there to satisfy fans and sell units. XD

    Well, actually, that makes sense. Sakurai was making games when Sonic was their biggest rival, so he probably doesn't like Sonic too much.

    Yeah. Plus Sonic's games kinda... suck. And I think Sakurai knows it, and it may be why he wasn't in Melee.
