    The best chara. is really up to opinion, but on statistics chara. like Wario and Bowser are bigger so the weight of the kart will increase, and chara. like Baby Mario and Shy Guy will make the weight less. Probably the golden kart is the fastest, but since I don't have that, one of the fastest vehicles I made up was The Flame Rider, Slick Wheels, and MarioKart TV Glider (Hopefully that's the name)
