this track brings back so many fond memories of my childhood unlike many people who had the SNES as their childhood console I had the gamecube and I loved every bit of it

    the nostalgia is strong in this course and the other great Double Dash tracks that got HD makeovers makes me wish that all of the Double Dash courses could get HD makeovers

    Yes! I loved that this track came back. I wish we could get Double Dash HD. That would be awesome. And I'm the same way Mario Kart 64 was my first Kart game. Double Dash became my all time favorite

    The Magnavox Odyssey² was a video game console that came out in 1978. It had practically no third party games so instead of Pac-Man and Donkey Kong it had K.C. Munchkin and Pickaxe Pete.

    64 was a great game too and also my first Mario Kart game I just think Double Dash was even better so many people write it off for that whole 2 per kart mechanic but I personally found that mechanic to be really enjoyable I never played DS but I did play Wii and 7 while they were fun no Mario Kart game ever matched up to Double Dash until 8 came along

    with how great 8 was I'm quite curious to see how they plan to top it with Mario Kart 9 I fear that it'll fail to live up to 8's standards but maybe Nintendo can wow us again

    but to be fair 9 will likely be released on the next Handheld console so it'd really be more of a follow up to 7 which to be quite honest shouldn't be to hard to top
