Yeah now I'm sure my assumptions back in my posts in the DKC 3 community about Wrinkly being more close to death than we took her for had to be true, she's laying in her chair not being able to even tell which Kong is even visiting her at the moment, if that didn't mean she was getting towards the end of her lifespan, I don't know what did. Though one thing I don't know is why her ghost in DK 64

said her body passed away since DKC 3, when the actual game she passed away before DK 64 was this game not DKC 3, I mean I know DKL 3 isn't 100% in it's originality department, but it's not like it's an alternate version of DKC 3, like DKL 2 is, while I know most people would probably be more familiar with DKC 3 and associate it as the last DK platformer Rare made before DK 64 (you know a game

that wasn't a racing spin-off), so I guess that would be one reason, though technically some people weren't even aware of DKC 3 during it's release considering they moved on to the N64 which had come out around that time as well, but anyway, I'm just saying, the true last game to feature Wrinkly Kong still alive before she passed away by the time of DK 64 was DKL III here, not DKC 3.

Very good observation. Meanwhile, Cranky's probably fit as a fiddle, or perhaps got some secret stash of youthy fountain drinks. More than likely it's another reason entirely.. He IS the original DK, perhaps like Heihachi Mishima of Tekken fame (as well as many other characters in that series) they never truly keel over because the developers don't want that to happen!
