I tried the glitch with the gambler and the biker, but I got this instead of Mew. Is there ANY other way to get Mew besides the two trainers near Misty's gym?

    It doesn't work with those two. You need to teleport/fly from the trainer west of nugget bridge and battle the youngster with the lone slowpoke then walk west towards the bridge

    I know that one and the other using one of the trainers in Misty's gym. I followed this one and was supposed to get Mew aswell but didn't.

    The Special stat of the last encountered pokemon will determine the encounter of the pokemon whose index number is the same as the number of the last encountered pokemon's special stat so MEW = 21

    I believe I may have dought the wrong trainer, the site only said the one facing the grass near Cycling Road. But yes, the trainers Pokemon special stat should be at 21. I'll probably just end up using the Ditto glitch :(
