Go to Smash, and choose your favorite fighter, then, choose the same fighter for CPU. Win at a round of a 1 stock match, and exit out of Smash. Now, go to Target Smash with the bomb, and choose the same fighter again. Press + to see the map. If you DON'T see a green wrench on the screen, press ZR. I you DO see it, hit the bomb at it! If you hit it, you get a NEW SPECIAL MOVE for that character!!!!
