    You know your Streetpass Mii Plaza when you walk by someone else who has a 3Ds you streetpass. By someone else's wifi connecting to yours and you get special things in your plaza and if you both have the game you do speical things in game in this case sending and receiving travelers and if YOU receive one it becomes a camper with special items you can buy with play coins
