Is it ture that Sakurai really want to put Geno as a real character instead of a mii costume? If so why?

    Sakurai stated in an interview that he really wanted to make Geno an actual character, as he likes him and is aware of how popular he is. Why he's not an actual character in the first place is a mytery that remains to be answered.

    Maybe Square agreed to let him put just one actual character, so Cloud was the final choice because of emblematic reasons and Geno mii outfit is a plus he manage to get from them as he said on the final broadcast

    Well let just hope that Nintendo bring Super Mario RPG back. Even though there's some unforgettable moments in that game. I just hope that Nintendo and Square has a little agree or permission to bring SMRPG in Nintendo E Shop.
