    Te recomiendo hacer el capítulo final -Last Drop- ya que en el aparecen todos los enemigos del juego y algunas entradas de la lista solo pueden ser obtenidas en ese episodio específico. Recuerda que la enemiga final tiene dos entradas diferentes.

    A mucha gente le falta la Pale Mistress. Su entrada solo puede obtenerse en Shrine of Water. Otra que le suele faltar a muchos es Honoka Mikomori - dead. Ella solamente aparece en Pool of Purification. También está Shizuka Mikomori. Ella aparece en Unfathomable Forest NW Stream Path. Las tres aparecen únicamente en el capítulo final. Espero que eso te ayude.
