Zero suit samus help

I need help learning ZSS I've been working on her fo about 3 weeks now and still get stomped in for glory what can I do to practice and get better??

    When I played her I used down tilt a lot. Just practice and you'll learn. What I'd do is play against a lvl 9 ZSS until you win.
